Are The San Antonio Spurs Guilty Of Outsourcing?

See Spurs Coach Gregg Popovich Says Foreign Hoops Players Are 'Fundamentally Harder Working'. According to the article "The eight foreigners on the Spurs constitute the most in the NBA in a season when there were a record number of foreigners."

Thanks for reading and commenting. I am not sure what you mean by "reflect the business climate" but the article says

"In non-champion years, however, the economic impact can be difficult to track and some critics claim most of the money is recirculating instead of adding new money."

This is usually what economists find about pro sports teams, that the money people spend on the team just means less money they spend on movies, going out to eat, etc.

Maybe it is nice to have a team that projects our values, but it is hard to say what that is worth
